Who does _MEDIATE work for?
Mid-sized companies and corporations in the German-speaking region. Clients include Deutsche Post, ProSiebenSat.1 and Axel Springer, as well as mid-sized companies such as Poppe + Potthoff, CWS and B. Braun and scale-ups such as Houzz and Blinkist.
Where do we start if we have done nothing yet?
With the AI Readiness Check for your company: an assessment that produces a clear set of priorities and a workable roadmap. Or, on a personal level, with CxO sparring, to create immediate relief in your own working day.
How long does a project take?
A sprint takes a few weeks, a full transformation design several months. Scope is set after the assessment. An estimate per format is available on the _MEDIATE site.
Who works on the project?
A core team from _MEDIATE, extended when needed by specialists from the AI Transformation Collective for processes, law, technology and security.
Do you only advise, or do you implement?
Clearly both: every one of our projects has an implementation part. Depending on the phase of your transformation it is more or less pronounced. Beyond that, we also work as a fractional mandate inside the organisation on request.
