KEYNOTES & WORKSHOPS

Talks that leave your people wanting to become AI-competent

I speak to leaders and supervisory boards, at all-hands events and at conferences. Always with the same goal: that the audience afterwards does not just understand, but starts.

FOUR TOPICS

Choose by audience, not by buzzword

01

AI competence that makes leading easier

LEADERSHIP CIRCLE | MANAGING DIRECTORS

Leading does not get easier when AI arrives — it gets easier when leaders master AI themselves. This is about what concretely changes in decision preparation, delegation and control - and which work disappears.

Where leadership work loses time today and AI gives it back
Which competence leaders need themselves and cannot delegate
What that means for your own week, starting Monday
02

How AI will change the organisation

EXECUTIVE BOARD | SUPERVISORY BOARD | STRATEGY

The AI revolution is already changing how we work, and it will not stop at the organisation. What that means for hierarchies, the distribution of power, decision-making and business models — and which decisions cannot wait.

Which structures AI makes redundant and which it makes necessary
How value creation and competition shift in your industry
How to tell that your organisation is a laggard instead of putting competitors under pressure
03

Working “AI native” in practice

TEAMS | EMPLOYEES | DEPARTMENTS

Why do some colleagues suddenly have far more time with the same workload? Because they work differently. The talk shows how — using real work steps, not tool lists.

What an AI-supported working week actually looks like
Which tasks to hand over first and which to keep
How to start safely, even before every approval is in place
04

Culture and behaviour change towards “AI first”

HR | TRANSFORMATION | CHANGE

If transformation is to have an effect, behaviour has to change. What neuroscience, positive psychology and behaviour change design contribute — and why training alone does not manage it.

Why strategy fails on behaviour, not on understanding
Which mechanisms shift behaviour for good
How to make impact measurable instead of hoping

What organisers say after the talk

“Katja has been a speaker at the Handelsblatt Change Congress several times this year alone. She also enriches panels at conferences such as ‘Work in Progress’ with her hands-on impulses. She has a very lively stage presence and manages to put herself empathetically in the audience’s position. Katja inspires with her energy, her wealth of experience and the right amount of humour, and makes you want to face today’s (AI) challenges with courage.”
Claudia Boerl
Lead Product Manager Events, Handelsblatt (Media Group)
“She speaks at leadership level without leaving anyone in the room behind. Our guests kept discussing afterwards instead of saying goodbye.”

“Concrete, dependable, unexcitable — and so professional in the preparation that we had nothing to take care of.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What organisers want to know

Which topics do you offer?

Four talks: AI competence as relief for the leadership task, how AI will change the organisation, working “AI native” in practice, and culture and behaviour change towards “AI first”. Each one is tailored to your audience.

In which languages do you speak?

German and English, and French if it has to be.

How long is a keynote?

Usually 30 to 60 minutes, with a Q&A or panel on request. As a workshop it is half a day or a full day.

What does a keynote cost?

The fee depends on format, preparation and travel. Send me the occasion, date, audience and format and you will get a concrete figure that reflects the value of the keynote and what is customary in the market.

How far in advance should we ask?

As early as possible; three to six months is common. Short-notice dates are occasionally possible.

Do you also give online talks?

Yes, I have done many events as a web keynote and in hybrid formats.

When is your date?

Send me the occasion, date, audience and format. You will get a clear answer quickly on whether it fits.
